jack_fuller01Dr. John A. Fuller is in his twentieth year on the Music Faculty at North Carolina State University. As the Assistant Director of the Music Department, he oversees all organizational and administrative aspects of the Music Minor, the Music Department’s Scholarship Program and is in charge of departmental Outreach and Assessment. He conducts the NC State British Brass Band in the spring semester, and is also the conductor of The Village Band in the Chapel Hill/Carrboro area.

Dr. Fuller received his BME from The Ohio State University in 1987, his MM (Music Education) from Cleveland State University in 1992 and his PhD in Music Education from The Ohio State University in 1995. He currently holds an honorary membership and serves as the faculty adviser to NC State’s Music Fraternity, Mu Beta Psi. He is a life member in the National Honorary Band Fraternity Kappa Kappa Psi and holds professional memberships in Phi Kappa Phi, Pi Kappa Lambda and The North American Brass Band Association.
